The University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Faculty of Business Administration, in collaboration with Fourever Care Products Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of hair care products under the Hommkes brand, “Homkes” gray hair dye shampoo is the first brand extracted from Thai fruits. It is more special than just covering gray hair because it is rich in 10 types of natural extracts that help restore hair to be soft, smooth, and naturally healthy. Organized the “UTCC X Hommkesa” project, a video clip contest via social media, including Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Recently, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rawida Wiriyakitja, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Assistant Professor Dr. Kan Intarakoses, a lecturer in the Marketing Department, Faculty of Business Administration, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, welcomed Ms. Supanee Wutthiphongphiphat, the executive of Fourever Care Products Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of hair care products under the Hommkes brand, and presented scholarships to the students who won first place, second place, and honorable mentions, worth over 150,000 baht.
Assistant Professor Dr. Kan Intarakoses, a lecturer in the Marketing Department, Faculty of Business Administration, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, said, “In the “UTCC X Hommkesa” project, marketing students had the opportunity to work with a famous social media brand, Hommkesa. They practiced both classic and digital marketing, starting from brand building, content creation, online advertising, and data analytics. After completing this project, students will receive a scholarship as a reward and a work profile, which can be immediately put to work, as well as further develop their family business to be more modern and stronger. Importantly, they will be ready to become professionals in an industry that AI cannot replace.” The Marketing program focuses on learning the concepts of marketing analysis and planning, researching consumer behavior, and marketing operations to become a marketer of a leading organization. It opens up the latest approaches, including strategic marketing, modern retail and wholesale marketing, event marketing, and digital marketing. After graduating, students can pursue various careers, including content producers, content creators, e-commerce admins, digital marketers, marketers, marketing strategists, marketing researchers, marketing managers, entrepreneurs/business owners, marketing consultants, etc.
